Orders placed before 11:59 p.m. are usually delivered the next business day. All orders are shipped within 24 hours at the latest. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email from our logistics partner with a Track & Trace link, so you can follow your delivery step by step.
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to choose your own carrier. Our logistics team always selects the fastest available option based on shipping windows, so that your Essenvia package arrives as quickly as possible!

How to return a product
Returning a product is simple:
- Send an email to care@essenvia.eu letting us know you would like to return a product. This is completely non-binding, but we’d love to hear your feedback – it helps us keep improving our products!
- We’ll guide you through the next steps and send you a return form to include with your shipment.
Conditions for returns
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Returns are only accepted for orders placed through our website.
- If your order included extra items as part of a bundle (such as a shaker), these must also be returned.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically received the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the agreement. To make this easier, we provide a model withdrawal form, although its use is not mandatory. You meet the withdrawal deadline as long as you send your notice before the 14-day period has expired.
Refund Process
Once we have received your withdrawal request, we will refund all payments received from you, including the original shipping costs (except for any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the standard, cheapest option). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or you provide proof of having sent them back.
If you return only part of your order, shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
Return Conditions
You must return the products within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. If the proof of shipment shows that you sent the products within this period, the return will be considered on time. Please note: the direct costs of returning the products are your responsibility.
