Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you don’t need to create an account. You can place your order quickly and easily by simply filling in your details at checkout. No passwords, no hassle – just order right away.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within the Netherlands when you order 2 or more items. For orders of fewer than 2 items, a shipping fee of €3.99 applies. Simple and clear!
Do you also ship to other countries in Europe?
Not yet! At the moment, we only ship within the Netherlands. But stay tuned, we’re working on expanding our service to other countries in Europe.
When can I expect my order?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours if placed on a working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
The average delivery time within the Netherlands is 1–2 business days, so you’ll have your package in no time!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a Track & Trace email with all the information you need to follow your package. Simple, easy, and always in the know!
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Absolutely! During checkout, you can easily enter a different shipping address - a quick and simple step! 😊
Can I return a product?
Of course! You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Products must be unopened and sealed to be eligible for a full refund. Simply email us at care@essenvia.eu and we’ll guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Important:
Please don’t send anything back before contacting us first - we can’t process returns that haven’t been arranged in advance.
What are the conditions for returns?
Here are the rules:
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
- Only unopened and sealed products are eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
- Returns are only accepted for orders placed through our website.
- If your order included additional items as part of a bundle (such as a shaker), these must also be returned.
